Welcome to Picha Safari – The Home of Authentic Photography. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

 

1. Overview

Picha Safari is a digital marketplace dedicated to authentic photography. Operated by Mtaani Innovations Hub, our platform allows photographers and visual artists to sell their work, while buyers can access and license high-quality imagery.

 

2. Eligibility

Users must be 18 years or older or have the consent of a guardian to register. All provided information must be truthful and accurate.

 

3. Contributor Terms

  • Ownership: All uploaded content must be original, and you must own or hold rights to license it.
  • Revenue Share: Creators earn 70% of the net sales from their content.
  • Payouts: Withdrawals are processed monthly, subject to a minimum threshold (e.g., $50).
  • Protection: Downloads are secured and watermarked to prevent unauthorized use.
 

4. Buyer License

Buyers receive a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use content as outlined per their purchase (commercial/editorial use). Redistribution or resale is prohibited.

 

5. Prohibited Content

The following is not allowed:

  • Pornographic or explicit material
  • Content inciting hate, violence, or illegal activity
  • Files lacking proper EXIF/original metadata
  • Infringement on copyright, privacy, or trademarks
 

6. Moderation & Content Review

Submissions are moderated. We may reject or remove any content violating guidelines or legal standards.

 

7. Account Suspension

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for:

  • Fraud
  • Inappropriate content
  • Repeated violations of our policies
 

8. Liability & Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify Picha Safari and Mtaani Innovations Hub from any liabilities arising from the use or misuse of uploaded or downloaded content.

 

9. Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated occasionally. Users will be notified and continued use implies acceptance.
